ORDERING & PAYMENT

Opening order minimum: 24 Candles

Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed.

LEAD TIME + INVOICING

All wholesale orders will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified.  If you would like your order to be shipped before the 4 week grace period of the order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.

We offer local drop offs for orders upon request. Must be located in greater Central Florida area.

Once order has been approved, you will be required to pay a nonrefundable 50% deposit of the entire total cost.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Any issues, incorrectly shipped products, returns, or exchanges must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened
